Welcome to Vegastars Terms and Conditions. This page sets out the rules that govern use of our platform and the relationship between us and account holders. It explains account responsibilities, eligibility checks, acceptable behaviour, bonus and promotion principles, payment handling, dispute procedures and how we update the terms. Account responsibilities
Accounts must contain accurate personal details. Keep login credentials confidential. Only one account per person, household or device is permitted. Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, collusion or bonus abuse will be suspended and balances may be voided. Maintain up-to-date contact and payment information to avoid delays with deposits or withdrawals.
Registration and verification
Registration requires valid name, address, date of birth and contact details. Verification (KYC) documents may be required before withdrawals or access to higher limits. You must upload requested ID and proof of address when asked. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in holds on transactions or account restriction.
Eligibility requirements

Dispute handling

If the dispute is not resolved through normal channels, further escalation rights and remedies, where available, are set out in the governing law clause of the Terms and Conditions.
Updates to the terms

Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept changes you should close your account in accordance with the account closure rules.
